Shipping & Returns
If the payment of an order has been received by us before 5 PM, your package will be shipped the same working day. Parcels within the Netherlands and Belgium are sent with PostNL. This may deviate in other countries within and outside the EU.
Free worldwide standard shipping on orders with a higher order value than €50
Please note: standard shipping does not include tracking. It is advisable to upgrade to a faster shipping option that does offer tracking, the options and prices of which are displayed during checkout. Shipping without tracking and the potential loss of a package is at the customer’s own risk .

We always depend on the carrier to deliver your package. In 99.9% of cases, the ”ordered on working days before 5 PM, delivered tomorrow" rule applies. PostNL has made us this promise. In exceptional weather conditions, on public holidays, Black Friday or in a pandemic, this promise can sometimes not be kept. This overview applies for the Netherlands and Belgium.
OTHER CARRIERS
It is also possible to use our other carriers, such as DPD, DHL (Express), UPS and FedEx. Please see the various options and prices during checkout.
PICK-UP POINT
It is also possible to choose a pick-up point in your neighbourhood. Here you can pick up the package when it suits you, and it won’t be necessary to be at home for the delivery. The pick-up points within your postal code areacan be viewed when you select ’Pick-up point‘ and then ’Choose pick-up point‘ when ordering. Our system will detect in real time which pick-up points are available for your postal code and country.
TRACK & TRACE
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace email with a link that you can use to easily follow your order online. You will receive this email when the package has been handed over to the carrier, and they subsequently scan the package. This may vary from day to night. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point the following day. The status of your package will be automatically adjusted in your Track & Trace overview. Here you can also see where your package is located , and what items you possibly need to take with you when picking it up. To be on the safe side, always take your ID with you to a pick-up point.

RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, please send us an email. You will then receive instructions in a reply. In order for us to process a return, the product may not have been opened and should still be sealed. If not, we won’t be able to process your return.
Returns that are not registered via e-mail , or are not returned according to the instructions cannot be processed. Please make sure the return address is correct! This is a different address than our office in Amsterdam. Returns that are sent to the Amsterdam office cannot be processed. You can return your package up to 14 days after receipt.
